Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong passion for food and people
- Previous culinary experience preferred but not required
- Team player with a good attitude and works with a sense of urgency
- Ability to read and follow written recipes, standards, and safety instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work in both hot and cool environments
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
- Self-accountable in upholding high standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting standing for up to 8 hours daily
- Willingness to learn and develop
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification (if not possessed, company will assist in certification)

Job Duties
- Ensuring the cleanliness and quality of every dish, pot, pan, utensil, and item used in the kitchen
- Being an ambassador of the company mission and core values, and a great team player
- Following food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- Ensuring the dish machine operates at correct temperatures
- Using the proper detergents and sanitizers when cleaning dishes, walls, cook/prep surfaces, and floors
- Abiding by Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for hazardous chemical use
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized kitchen walkways and dish areas
- Assisting kitchen with prep work, food order organization, and produce rotation
