Job Requirements
- ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- no prior restaurant experience required
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen work is a plus but not required
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- wash dishes utensils pots pans and plates efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- cooperate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishware
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and properly
- follow health and safety regulations and company standards
- assist with general kitchen cleaning duties
- report any maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly
