Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and effectively
- Assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food prep or restocking
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to sanitation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Manage time efficiently to keep up with kitchen demands
