Job Duties
- Ensure all pots, pans, utensils, plates, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspace
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning tools efficiently
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen staff by timely delivering clean items as needed
- Assist with kitchen organization and restocking supplies
- Maintain a team-focused attitude and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
