Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to lift and carry heavy items
strong work ethic
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
ability to follow instructions and work independently
must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
maintain sparkling clean restrooms
adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
support team member wellness and maintain clean and safe restaurants
