Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- strong work ethic
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- support team member wellness and maintain clean and safe restaurants
