Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of relevant experience
  • Must have 1+ years of previous restaurant dishwashing experience
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • A team player with good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
  • Very good physical condition and endurance
  • Flexible weekend availability
  • Must be available to work closing shifts until 6pm

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Cleans all areas of the restaurant as needed including kitchen and dining areas and removes trash
  • Clean and sanitize dishes following established procedures including monitoring proper temperatures and chemicals
  • Practice proper wash rinse and sanitizing methods in the 3-compartment sinks
  • Cleans and sanitizes restrooms using established practices and procedures as needed
  • Cleans and maintains hard surface floors in kitchen and dining areas as needed
  • Reports equipment malfunctions injuries and accidents to the supervisor
  • May help in putting away weekly deliveries of food and supplies to walk in coolers and other locations
