Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
One year of relevant experience
Must have 1+ years of previous restaurant dishwashing experience
Able to work without direct supervision
A team player with good communication skills both verbal and written
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
Very good physical condition and endurance
Flexible weekend availability
Must be available to work closing shifts until 6pm

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Cleans all areas of the restaurant as needed including kitchen and dining areas and removes trash
Clean and sanitize dishes following established procedures including monitoring proper temperatures and chemicals
Practice proper wash rinse and sanitizing methods in the 3-compartment sinks
Cleans and sanitizes restrooms using established practices and procedures as needed
Cleans and maintains hard surface floors in kitchen and dining areas as needed
Reports equipment malfunctions injuries and accidents to the supervisor
May help in putting away weekly deliveries of food and supplies to walk in coolers and other locations
