- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ years of experience working in food service management, hospitality management, customer service, or related field
- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service at all times
- ensure preparation stations and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized
- comply with sanitation/safety standards within Food Services and ensure all personnel follow safety/sanitation standards
- ensure availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware by cleaning and restocking areas and cook stations
- clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen
- clean food prep stations and sanitize
- sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items have broken or spilled
- take out the trash and rinse garbage cans
- assist with other cleaning/sanitization needs as requested
