Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishware
- follow sanitation and safety procedures
- support overall kitchen operations by assisting with minor cleaning tasks
- manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized under busy conditions
- take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order
