Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- set up and break down dishwashing area including dish machines and scraping stations
- scrape, rack, and wash service ware and pots
- return cleaned items to designated storage areas
- work cooperatively with other dishwashers as part of a team
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dishwashing area
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- assist with inventory management of dishwashing supplies
