The role of Guest Service Support Expert at Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Downtown is a full-time, non-management position that plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage operations. This position is designed for individuals who are proactive and enthusiastic about creating excellent guest experiences beyond simply serving food and drinks. While performing these duties, employees are expected to maintain a polished personal appearance and uphold exemplary communication skills. The physical demands include the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended durations, maneuver safely on various surfaces, and perform tasks that involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weights within specified limits. This active role demands attention to detail and a hands-on approach to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable during their visit.

Equal employment opportunities are provided without discrimination based on factors such as disability, veteran status, or other legally protected categories. Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Downtown encourages applications from individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a dynamic, supportive team.
The position offers competitive compensation with an hourly pay rate of $26.19. Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts; life and disability insurance; accident insurance; adoption expense reimbursements; paid parental leave; and educational assistance. Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan, stock purchase options, employee discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, assistance programs, and childcare discounts. Joining the Courtyard team means being part of a small, ambitious group committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The company values continuous improvement, teamwork, and a positive work environment, making it an excellent place for individuals who enjoy learning, growing professionally, and contributing their best efforts. By becoming a Guest Service Support Expert, you step into a role that not only challenges you but also rewards you by helping deliver the quality service that defines the Marriott brand worldwide.
