Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise
- detail-oriented and able to keep areas clean, organized, and safe
- basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices
- positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in keeping the kitchen championship-ready
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware
- keep the dish room spotless by emptying trash, mopping floors, and cleaning cans
- set up and break down dish machines daily, ensuring safe and proper operation
- pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and other kitchen tools
- monitor water temperatures and cleaning standards to ensure guest safety and food quality
- assist teammates to keep the kitchen moving, stay flexible, and work through busy shifts
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
