Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
  • comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise
  • detail-oriented and able to keep areas clean, organized, and safe
  • basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices
  • positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in keeping the kitchen championship-ready
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware
  • keep the dish room spotless by emptying trash, mopping floors, and cleaning cans
  • set up and break down dish machines daily, ensuring safe and proper operation
  • pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and other kitchen tools
  • monitor water temperatures and cleaning standards to ensure guest safety and food quality
  • assist teammates to keep the kitchen moving, stay flexible, and work through busy shifts
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
