The role of Dishwasher at Walk-On's is classified as part-time and non-exempt, directly reporting to the Kitchen Manager or the Manager on Duty. Dishwashers are essential members of the back-of-house team, often regarded as the MVPs behind the scenes, responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Their work ensures that plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware are impeccably cleaned and sanitized, supporting the kitchen and service staff's ability to operate seamlessly during every shift. Dishwashers at Walk-On's are tasked with washing, sanitizing, and organizing kitchen items, as well as keeping the dish room spotless by emptying trash, mopping floors, and cleaning equipment. They are also responsible for setting up and breaking down dish machines daily while ensuring that all cleaning operations run safely and correctly.
