Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise
detail-oriented and able to keep areas clean, organized, and safe
basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices
positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in keeping the kitchen championship-ready
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware
keep the dish room spotless by emptying trash, mopping floors, and cleaning cans
set up and break down dish machines daily, ensuring safe and proper operation
pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and other kitchen tools
monitor water temperatures and cleaning standards to ensure guest safety and food quality
assist teammates to keep the kitchen moving, stay flexible, and work through busy shifts
follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
