Tasks also include rinsing racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residues, soaking, washing, and rewashing silverware, and breaking down dirty bus tubs. Maintaining trash and dumpster areas through emptying and cleaning is part of daily routines, alongside managing recyclable materials such as cardboard.
