We are currently seeking an A.M. Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to kickstart their career in the restaurant industry and be an essential part of behind-the-scenes operations that help create an unforgettable dining experience for our customers. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in ensuring that all kitchenware and utensils are washed, sanitized, and stored correctly. You will be responsible for collecting used dishes from dining and kitchen areas, operating dishwashing machines, and handling hand-washing of specific items when necessary. Additionally, you will be tasked with setting up workstations before meal preparation begins, making sure there is always an ample supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours. Monitoring the dishwashing machine’s operation and promptly reporting any technical issues is also a key part of the role.

The position requires good time management, attention to detail, and strict adherence to sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. While previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we are also open to training motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not a strict requirement.
