Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area
- assist in food preparation
- organize and sanitize workstations
- operate dishwashing machine and pot scrub station
- dispose of food waste and trash
- communicate with chefs regarding supplies and equipment issues
