Job Duties

Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements
keep the dish pit organized
assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas clean and organized
maintain a fast and steady pace to help turn tables
ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling
support other kitchen staff as needed
adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
