Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- remove trash and dispose of it properly
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff with basic preparations as needed
- follow health and safety regulations
- report any equipment malfunctions or issues
