Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- basic English proficiency for understanding instructions
- ability to lift heavy items safely

- previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- clean dishes and kitchen utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensure all supplies are stocked and organized for the culinary and service teams
- dispose of trash and waste properly
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- assist with cleaning kitchen floors and surfaces as needed
- support the team with other tasks as assigned
