Job Requirements

Combination of education and work experience to facilitate on-the-job effectiveness
Previous restaurant kitchen experience in a full-service, high volume, fast paced environment
Up-to-date food handler permit
Ability to communicate effectively
Practice time management and complete multiple tasks
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisors

Job Duties

Operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely
Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary
Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water
Restock all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner
Remove all trash and debris from restaurant routinely
Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks
Maintain excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Kraken Training Center guidelines
Help foster a sense of teamwork with all departments in the restaurant
Complete all shift records including payroll and days off requests
