Job Requirements
- Work in confined spaces
- Perform duties with extreme temperature ranges
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays
- Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and work experience to facilitate on-the-job effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Practice time management and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisors
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience in a full-service, high volume, fast paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service
- Up-to-date food handler permit
Job Duties
- Operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely
- Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary
- Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water
- Restock all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner
- Remove all trash and debris from restaurant routinely
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks
- Maintain excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Kraken Training Center guidelines
- Help foster a sense of teamwork with all departments in the restaurant
- Complete all shift records including payroll and days off requests
