Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing for long periods and lifting objects
- availability to work flexible schedules
- commitment to follow all safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- Culinary experience preferred
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of signature dishes
- focusing on team and guest service in all decisions
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
