Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for 8-12 hour shifts
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Physical ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- Supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of signature items like Cheddar Bay biscuits
- Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
- Focusing on teamwork and guest satisfaction
