Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work areas, sinks, and dishwashing equipment
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
  • Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
  • Follow food handling safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
  • Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during busy service times to promote smooth flow
