Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications

- Experience in banquet or catering environments is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work areas, sinks, and dishwashing equipment
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
- Follow food handling safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during busy service times to promote smooth flow
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service
