Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year of experience as a dishwasher in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- availability to work days, nights until 10:30 pm, weekends, and some holidays
- possession of Washington State Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- good physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and lifting
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of dishwasher experience in a high-volume full-service kitchen
- knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- possession of or willingness to obtain a Washington State Food Handler Card
- strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning
- comfortable working with automated dishwashing equipment
Job Duties
- wash pots and dishes using an automated dishwashing system
- perform general kitchen cleaning tasks including waste disposal and recycling
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with food preparation tasks as trained
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- be available to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
