Job Duties

Maintains the dish area ensuring that all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
cleans and organizes the back of house, including coolers, freezers, and storage areas
cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot
maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
maintain food safety and sanitation standards
accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers
execute opening and closing procedures
operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
other duties as assigned
