Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to handle physical demands of the job
  • willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
  • age 21 or older preferred for 401(k) eligibility

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
  • maintain sparkling clean restrooms
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
  • follow established health and safety protocols
  • support kitchen staff by providing clean kitchenware promptly
  • assist with general cleaning duties as needed
