This exciting opportunity is for a Dishwasher/Utility team member providing essential support to the kitchen and dining areas. As a Dishwasher/Utility associate at Red Lobster, you'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas within the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You'll safely operate dishwashing equipment and handle waste disposal tasks to keep the working environment sanitary. Importantly, you will support the kitchen team by assisting with prep work, such as preparing the restaurant's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits and other duties as needed. Every decision you make will be guest-focused and team-oriented, emphasizing the importance of maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols to uphold the brand's high standards.
The role requires physical stamina and agility, including the ability to stand for extended shifts of 8 to 12 hours, bend, stoop, reach, and safely lift up to 50 pounds. While culinary experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, but a strong team spirit, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities are essential to succeed.
