Job Requirements

  • must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to follow all cleanliness and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • culinary experience preferred
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • team player with attention to detail
  • ability to multi-task
  • strong work ethic
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting the cooks with prep work, including preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • following all cleanliness and safety protocols
  • focusing on team and guest satisfaction
