Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to smile and be friendly while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- disciplined and self-motivated
- good communication skills
- maintain professional appearance according to dress guidelines
- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- able to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- physically able to perform kitchen tasks such as lifting and standing
- willingness to assist team members and management when needed

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems and suggest corrective actions
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware to avoid loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empty and maintain kitchen trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- support line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
- clean and maintain mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain positive working relationships to promote cooperation
- smile and be friendly during shifts
- communicate clearly with guests and staff
- dress neat and professional
- comply with age requirement of at least 18 years
