Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties
- Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests
- cleans inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant and safe environment
- cleans outside of the building and parking lot
- checks, cleans, and stocks restrooms
- empties trash into dumpster and maintains cleanliness of dumpster and back dock areas
- thoroughly cleans and organizes utility area
- performs duty roster to ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
- follows local health department laws
- stocks cook, line, and server areas with appropriate supplies
- maintains excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
- reports equipment and facility problems to the manager
- follows position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
