Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred but not required
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift heavy objects
reliable and punctual
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
washes plates and bowls
washes pots, pans, and trays
sweeps and mops kitchen floors
washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards
segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
