- High school diploma preferred
- food handlers card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- physical capability to perform manual tasks required for dishwashing
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- teamwork and communication skills

- experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors
- wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- remove trash
- sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils
- place dishes in racks and send through dish machine
- sort and stack clean dishes
- carry clean dishes to cook's line and storage areas
- change dishwater in dish machine as required
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- assemble and disassemble the dish machine
- prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
