Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of every dish, pot, pan, piece of silverware, and glass that goes to the kitchen and our guests
- Ensure the dishwashing machine is operating at correct temperatures in all cycles
- Ensure that the proper detergents and levels of detergents are being used in the dishwashing machine and pot washing sinks
- Ensure the proper sanitizers are being used when cleaning walls, countertops, and floors
- Follow all company, state, and federal workplace health and safety guidelines
- Maintain an inventory of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and kitchen utensils to help control loss and waste
- Adhere to all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Ensure the dish area, kitchen floor, and storage areas are spotlessly clean at all times
- Ensure the back dock and dumpster areas are free from debris
- Assist kitchen with prep as appropriate
