Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for up to four hours
willing to work flexible schedules
able to maintain proper personal hygiene
capable of following health and safety guidelines
able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous restaurant or dishwashing experience helpful but not required
ability to work quickly and efficiently
strong attention to detail and cleanliness
knowledge of health code and OSHA sanitation standards a plus
good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

ensure all china and glassware are clean and available for every guest every shift
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish area before, during and after each shift
clean all station equipment and utensils following health code and OSHA standards
stand for up to four hours during shifts
maintain proper personal hygiene and professional attitude at all times
assist with other duties as assigned by management
work efficiently under pressure
