Job Duties
- Ensure all utensils, dishes, glassware and equipment are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Operate dishwashing machines and equipment safely and efficiently
- Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen area
- Assist in stocking clean dishes and utensils in their proper places
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate workflow
- Follow health and safety regulations
