The successful candidate will perform essential duties such as washing dishes using established procedures, ensuring that dishwashing equipment functions properly, and maintaining an adequate supply of dishwashing products. Additionally, they will be responsible for clearing dirty dishes from tables using approved cleaning methods, resetting tables according to AURO Hotels and brand standards, and managing server stations during meal periods. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the server station is a critical component of the position, as is monitoring guests to respond promptly to their needs and determine when meals have concluded.

Moreover, the role includes reporting any incidents — including compliments, complaints, or technical issues — to the manager in a timely manner. Staff members are expected to oversee operations at their assigned stations, ensuring that service execution among team members is smooth and professional. When assigned extra duties, employees will provide additional support in the restaurant, outlet, or kitchen areas. Familiarity with equipment and its locations within the establishment is essential for efficiency and quick response during shifts.
