We are currently seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as part of the restaurant service staff. This role involves working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment where efficient and timely service is paramount. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, assisting both guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience. This position requires the ability to handle pressure, follow instructions from management, and collaborate effectively with coworkers. The successful candidate will perform essential duties such as washing dishes using established procedures, ensuring that dishwashing equipment functions properly, and maintaining an adequate supply of dishwashing products. Additionally, they will be responsible for clearing dirty dishes from tables using approved cleaning methods, resetting tables according to AURO Hotels and brand standards, and managing server stations during meal periods. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the server station is a critical component of the position, as is monitoring guests to respond promptly to their needs and determine when meals have concluded.
Moreover, the role includes reporting any incidents — including compliments, complaints, or technical issues — to the manager in a timely manner. Staff members are expected to oversee operations at their assigned stations, ensuring that service execution among team members is smooth and professional. When assigned extra duties, employees will provide additional support in the restaurant, outlet, or kitchen areas. Familiarity with equipment and its locations within the establishment is essential for efficiency and quick response during shifts.

Job Duties
- Work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment

- properly set up server station per meal period
- keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc.
- report all incidents (compliments/complaints/technical issues) to Manager
- control operation of station
- ensure proper execution of service between team members
- observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meal has been completed
- help in restaurant/outlet/kitchen when extra duties are assigned
- be familiar with equipment and its location
- clear and reset tables at conclusion of each course
