Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in fast paced customer service environment preferred
- ability to work under pressure
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions
- physical stamina for cleaning and dishwashing tasks
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- basic knowledge of dishwashing equipment

Job Duties
- Work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment
- perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- work as part of a team as well as complete assignments independently
- take instructions from Manager
- exercise problem solving skills
- interact professionally and pleasantly with coworkers, Managers, guests and the public
- wash dishes using established procedures
- ensure dishwashing equipment is operating efficiently
- maintain dish washing products at par level
- remove dirty dishes from guest tables using proper cleaning method
- make sure all tables are set correctly according to AURO Hotels and Brand standards
- properly set up server station per meal period
- keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc.
- report all incidents (compliments/complaints/technical issues) to Manager
- control operation of station
- ensure proper execution of service between team members
- observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meal has been completed
- help in restaurant/outlet/kitchen when extra duties are assigned
- be familiar with equipment and its location
- clear and reset tables at conclusion of each course
