Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
  • Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
  • Assist with organization and storage of kitchen supplies
  • Monitor dishwasher chemicals and equipment cleanliness
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain workflow
