Job Duties

Cleans all areas of the restaurant as needed including kitchen and dining areas and removes trash
Clean and sanitize dishes following established dish machine procedures including monitoring proper temperatures and chemicals
Practice proper wash rinse and sanitizing methods in the 3-compartment sinks
Clean and sanitize restrooms and bathrooms using established practices and procedures as needed
Clean and maintain hard surface floors in kitchen and dining areas as needed
Report equipment malfunctions injuries and accidents to the supervisor
May help in putting away weekly deliveries of food and supplies to walk in coolers and other locations
May help with general maintenance of equipment building and storage spaces
Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and trash areas
Perform other duties as assigned
