Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to effective communication and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous experience in a restaurant or related environment is a plus
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently while adhering to hygiene standards
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are cleaned and ready for use
- Assist with general cleaning duties including floors, trash, and storage areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow
- Follow safety and health regulations at all times
- Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed
