Job Requirements

  • must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight
  • ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves
  • mobility required during the entire shift
  • must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
  • available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • washing dishes through automatic dish machine
  • restocking dishes
  • trash removal
  • kitchen and service floor maintenance
  • maintaining dining room and kitchen sanitation
  • adhere to health, kitchen safety and sanitation standards
