Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- assist in restocking clean dishes and supplies
- follow health and safety guidelines strictly
- support team members in other cleaning tasks as needed
- manage time effectively to keep pace with restaurant demands
