Job Duties

wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
maintain a clean and tidy work area by sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash regularly
ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
assist with unloading and storing deliveries
follow health and safety guidelines
obtain required food handler certification(s)
assemble, maintain and break down the dish machine by following proper cleaning schedule
perform some light prep work
