This open position is for a full-time Utility Worker with a schedule from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., essential to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas within the facility. The role is critical in supporting daily food service operations by washing pots and utensils, assisting in the dish room, properly storing and restocking supplies, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal while ensuring all activities meet the facility's high hygiene and safety standards. The Utility Worker will check in frequently with kitchen staff like the Early Cook, Baker, and Cooks to coordinate stocking and item pulls required for meal service preparations.

Employees in this role must consistently adhere to personal hygiene and grooming standards and follow the uniform policy at all times.
