This job opportunity is for the position of Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster. As a Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. The role involves safely and correctly operating dishwashing machines and other equipment, managing kitchen waste disposal, and supporting the cooking staff by assisting with food preparation as needed. A key focus of the position is teamwork and customer service, ensuring that decisions prioritize both the team’s efficiency and the guest experience. Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other area trash receptacles
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including making signature 'Cheddar Bay Biscuits' and other tasks as needed
- Focus on team and customer, ensuring decisions always prioritize both
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
