The Dishwasher position at Topgolf is a full-time role critical to maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the kitchen. This position plays a vital role in supporting the culinary team by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly. The dishwasher will be responsible for operating dishwashers and performing manual washing techniques to handle dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans. Maintaining kitchen work areas in a clean and orderly condition is essential, along with managing waste disposal and adhering to sanitation regulations and food safety standards. The role demands physical stamina and attention to detail to meet the fast-paced requirements of a busy kitchen environment.

As a member of the Topgolf culinary team, the dishwasher will also assist with unloading and storing deliveries and perform any other kitchen duties assigned by supervisors. This role requires a team-player mindset with effective communication skills to contribute to a smooth workflow and uphold Topgolf's high standards for cleanliness and safety. Job Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas
maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines
assist with unloading and storing deliveries
perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor
