Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for full shifts
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for accurate communication
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle objects and operate controls
  • Comfortable working in loud environments
  • Capable of frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying
  • Able to work in warm and cool environments both indoors and outdoors
  • Tolerant to potential exposure to allergens such as peanut, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
  • Able to walk and stand for extended periods in varied restaurant areas

Job Duties

  • Support kitchen operations by unloading deliveries to company standards with cooler and storage etiquette
  • Responsible for the breakdown of all boxes and proper placement of supplies
  • Perform general maintenance of the property
  • Maintain dumpster and outside areas surrounding the restaurant
  • Support Chef team as needed
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans according to specific needs
  • Replace clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment based on zones and stations
  • Use proper chemicals following exact handling instructions
  • Upkeep trashcans and linen bins with attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Maintain Dish machine and Sanitizer
  • Perform utility maintenance including floors, walls, coolers, equipment, workstations, and restrooms
  • Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards
  • Follow safety regulations and report injuries or hazards
  • Keep all chemicals in designated locations
