Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old to apply
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is an asset but not required
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Hand-wash items that cannot be cleaned by the machine
- Dry and stack dishes and other items in appropriate storage areas
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized, stored and ready for use by other kitchen staff
- Sweep and mop the kitchen floor and take out the trash as needed
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
