The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is an essential part of maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness, efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction. As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times. Operating dishwashing equipment safely and effectively is critical, along with maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including emptying trash. Support for the kitchen team is also a key part of the role, assisting with prep work and the preparation of signature items like Cheddar Bay biscuits. The position demands a strong focus on teamwork and a guest-first attitude where every decision contributes to a positive dining experience. Following established cleanliness and safety protocols is mandatory to uphold Red Lobster’s commitment to quality and safety.

This physically demanding job requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as the capability to stand and move around the restaurant for extended shifts of 8 to 12 hours. Candidates should be team players with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under fast-paced conditions. Culinary experience is preferred but not required.   • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
