Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure continuous supply of clean dishes and smallwares
- Commit to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Dispose of trash and remove linen bags
- Monitor dish machine performance and ensure rinsing and washing meet temperature criteria
- Work effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Support culinary staff to create memorable guest experiences
