Job Duties

  • Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efficiently
