The Dishwasher/Utility position is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. Individuals in this role are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring that all kitchen equipment operates safely and correctly. This role demands attention to maintaining all areas of the restaurant to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety protocols. Dishwashers and utility staff provide essential support to cooks by assisting with meal preparation, including the renowned Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other kitchen tasks.
