Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • previous restaurant experience preferred
  • positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
  • ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
  • ability to read, understand, and communicate in English

Job Duties

  • set up a clean and organized dish area before each shift
  • follow daily cleaning routines and maintain all dishwashing checklists
  • clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
  • keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
  • break down and remove all garbage and boxes to designated areas
  • work closely with kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready
  • communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate kitchen needs
  • help with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
  • maintain cleanliness and proper operation of dish machines and kitchen equipment
